How do I book an appointment?
Please contact me directly through email or messaging my social media pages to arrange a date and time that suits you, and to discuss the needs of your horse.
What should I do before my appointment?
Please make sure your horse is in the stable prior to your appointment, is brushed off and dry, and cooled off if you have just ridden. Please have any information that I may need to hand if you don't know it by heart, such as the horses age, medical history, etc.
How do I cancel or rearrange my appointment?
Please contact me directly as soon as you know you need to change or cancel your appointment, either by email or via my social media. If cancelling with more than 48 hours notice, there is no cancellation fee, but for less notice than this fees will be applied - check this out on my services page.
How do I pay?
Please ensure to let me know your preferred payment method during your booking process and I will confirm the amount and payment method. I am happy to accept cash or bank transfer.
