I’m Issy, the founder of Stable Hands Equine Massage. I, like you, have a passion for horses, and have dedicated my career to helping as many as I can to relieve their pain and tension through massage. I have also studied horses for over 6 years, having earnt my MSc as my greatest achievement in 2023.

I have completed both my Bachelors in Equine Science and my Masters in Applied Equine Science at Hartpury University, with a focus on welfare within my undergraduate dissertation. Within my Masters, I have focused my research on the impact of massage on the horse through observing behaviours shown and relating them to heart rate - to demonstrate the potential relaxing effect. During my time at Equine Massage Training UK, I have built both practical and theoretical experience - learning to apply my acquired knowledge to help the horse release tension, with many happy customers seeing a difference in their horse. See for yourself in the reviews section!
